Came in on Sunday and had excellent customer service by Melissa and kadance and they were friendly and welcoming and Melissa was very helpful would like to say thankyou to both of them

Came to clifton for the first time I was surprised how polite and friendly they were and very helpful I been to other store this has to be the best farmfoods I have been in well done

Came in to clifton farmfoods in morning and I couldn't find the bread the young lass helped me which was really nice and took my shopping to the till I would like to personally thank her great store

Came to farmfoods in clifton on Friday and Saturday morning was welcomed by bubbly polite young lady I work at poundland and the customer service is excellent in farmfoods and always is her selling is good too on kpis she managed to get me to buy matchmakers and heated heater which I reccomend to anyone I wish she was at our store she is amazing deserves a payrise always hard working I only go in for her well done malissa

Farmfoods are one of my favourite grocery shopping experiences. They are almost - across the board - unbeatable on price, they have fantastic offers on many products I'm interested in, with an excellent range of stuff. Their staff have always been polite, friendly and helpful. They stock a lot of quality products which I happen to like, so I will definitely continue to shop at Farmfoods.

I usually go to farm foods Portswood Southampton for my 3 boxes of Whiskers cat foods end up with loads of other stuff . But recently have not been able to get my cat food which was the best value around . Why have you stopped selling Whiskers boxes of food ? I will be not going there if i can’t get my cat food ..

The Montrose store and the staff are excellent. Staff always give me a hand due to being disabled. The store is always well stocked and very tidy. Love Farm foods. Love getting big names for cheaper than other Supermarkets!

i love kingstanding farmfoods, the staff are so nice and 1 certain person i asked his name and it is theo.always willing to help so polite always smiles lovely .i will miss this store when it goes and the staff as i go there weekly.. ps please dont go

Craig at the Longsight store was great, he helped our van driver load the van as we are a homeless charity helping rough sleepers to find accommodation. We've been cooking for the hotels accommodating rough sleepers and our van driver was on his own. Craig was so friendly and helpful, it really made our driver's day. Thank you!

Really good prices regularly, and I always try to buy my whiskas cat food from here. Their frozen blueberries are huge and juicy. But the Newark store is tiny and they don't leave the large heavy manual doors open for ventillation or to prevent every customer using the handles. Too many people popping in without face coverings. So unfortunately have to give it a miss for foreseeable future.

Over charged by 4 pound on a 40 shop, I've also received ten pounds worth of bones what's meant to be ribs, ruined a Chinese night for me and left with that brittle taste, of bones FFS. All their meat is dog food and they should be closed down. No wonder the place is always empty. Lesson learnt.

Only good deals if you can get them!Great deals again that local people and older people cant get because they are going out the door by the trolley loads bought by local corner shop owners! Staff not allowed to stop this!Why not?Not only cheating the local people but allowing this is questionable not very ethical...foodbanks money shortages and these "shopkeepers"rip off their customers through this although legal buying.......?Why not be like other shops/stores and max buy three items per shopper........
